Relocation from Florida to Maryland marked a transitional chapter, enriching my perspective and adaptability.

Starting as an IT Support Assistant and Intern, I embraced the frontline challenges of supporting a vast user base, creating actionable insights through data, and refining directory structures. All of these contributing to a well-rounded foundation in IT stewardship.
